How an interactive kiosk improved service at the Panorama Skhidnytsia Hotel

Among the mountains, fresh air, and healing springs of Skhidnytsia lies the “Panorama Skhidnytsia Hotel” — a place where every detail is crafted for harmony, relaxation, and well-being. The hotel’s atmosphere blends modern comfort with the natural authenticity of the Boyko region. Here, Elpix technologies became part of the design, complementing its calm and elegant aesthetics.

Client

Panorama Skhidnytsia Hotel is a well-known wellness complex in the Lviv region that welcomes guests from across Ukraine and abroad. The establishment values a combination of high service, aesthetics, and functionality, seeking a solution that would make communication with visitors more modern and interactive.

Challenge

The main task was to create an interactive kiosk that would:

• blend seamlessly into the hotel’s interior;
• allow guests to quickly and intuitively access information;
• combine the aesthetics of natural materials with modern technology.

At the same time, it was important to preserve the calm and natural atmosphere typical of a mountain resort.

Project Goal

To develop an Elpix interactive kiosk that emphasizes the hotel’s style, complements the reception area with a modern touch, and serves as a convenient tool for guest interaction — from browsing services and menus to displaying promotional materials.

Implementation

The Elpix team designed an interactive kiosk with a custom-built body.
Key features of the implementation:

• Wood and metal body — a combination of natural warmth and durability;
• Minimalist design with clean lines to harmonize with the hotel’s interior;
• 50″ display (16:9) with infrared touch technology;
• 5 mm tempered glass for reliable screen protection;
• Windows PC with Intel i5, 16/256 GB and licensed software.

All structural elements were manufactured in Ukraine at the Elpix production facility, ensuring precise assembly and full customization according to the client’s needs.

Results

The interactive touch kiosk became the functional centerpiece of the space, helping guests quickly navigate the hotel’s services.
Thanks to its thoughtful design and high-quality display, the kiosk serves as both a practical tool and an elegant decorative element that highlights the hotel’s sophistication.

Now, Panorama Skhidnytsia can display information, photo galleries, menus, and videos in a modern format, creating a sense of technological yet cozy atmosphere.

Conclusion

This project proved that technology can be part of aesthetics.
The Elpix interactive kiosk not only improved guest communication but also became a continuation of the hotel’s philosophy — a fusion of nature, comfort, and modernity.
