The company carries out the return and exchange of goods of good quality in accordance with the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
Return and exchange of serial goods is possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods by the buyer. Items made to order are non-refundable.
Return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement.
No return warranty
– on products with traces of unskilled, outside interference, unauthorized repair, design changes;
– for products with damage caused by external factors (voltage drops, the influence of temperatures and various substances, lightning, fire, moisture, negligence), which are not subject to the control of the manufacturer;
– in case of damage to the serial number (destruction, grouting), lack of seals, stickers, stickers and other markings provided by the manufacturer;
– if the product is not used for its intended purpose;
– in case of violation of the requirements of the Operation Manual.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, the company may refuse to exchange and return goods of good quality to the consumer if they fall into the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of good quality that are not subject to return and exchange.
