Status Group is a full-cycle development company that has been successfully implementing residential and commercial real estate projects in Kyiv since 2005. The company provides a full range of services: from site selection and concept development to construction, implementation and operation of facilities.

Challenge

How to make the sales department a real engagement platform, not just a room with house plans on the walls?
Status Group has approachedElpix with the task of developing an interactive solution that would allow a potential buyer to make a purchase:

  • independently view available apartments in all residential complexes of the developer,
  • filter them by parameters,
  • study planning and visualisation in a convenient format.

We needed more than just an app – we needed experience.

Project goal

To give the visitor the impression that they have already ‘walked’ through the chosen apartment – not through printouts, but through live interaction with the screen. Main tasks:

  1. Equip the developer’s locations with branded interactive kiosks and tables.
  2. Develop universal software, which covers all objects of the Status Group.
  3. Make this tool simple, intuitive and effective at the same time.

We approached the implementation from two sides – hardware and software.

Equipment

For the complex Podil Plaza & Residence in Kyiv, we produced
branded interactive kiosks
, that organically fit into the interior of the location. The enclosures are made of high-quality materials, and the design is designed for constant interaction with people.

In addition to the kiosks, the following were installed touch table is ideal for reviewing plans together with your manager or family.

Software

The main highlight is handmadedeveloped application, that allows:

  • View all residential complexes of the developer on one screen.
  • Choose an apartment by area, number of rooms, floor, section.
  • View detailed layouts with interactive navigation.
  • Update the object database centrally and quickly.

Everything is adapted to the touch interface and tailored to the needs of sales departments.
