When a person comes to a residential complex sales office, they want to quickly understand the key things: what the territory looks like, what apartment layouts are available, and whether this option suits them. That is why developers are increasingly using interactive solutions that help present the project in the most visual and engaging way.
At the sales office of Happy 7 Residential Complex in Sofiivska Borshchahivka, an Elpix interactive kiosk with a 65″ touchscreen display was installed for this purpose.

The sales office of the complex actively works with potential buyers, so it was important to make the project presentation as clear and modern as possible.
In most real estate sales offices, standard displays with diagonals of 43″, 50″ or 55″ are typically used to show presentations or videos about the residential complex. However, this format often remains quite passive: clients simply watch the information while the manager has to constantly control the presentation.
At Happy 7, the decision was made to make the project presentation more modern and convenient for visitors. The goal was to create an interactive presentation zone that would:
That is why it was decided to install a large interactive kiosk that would become the central element of the residential complex presentation.
To implement the project, an Elpix V3 interactive kiosk with a 65″ touchscreen display was installed in the sales office. This model was chosen because it is well suited for presentation zones — the large screen makes it convenient to demonstrate apartment layouts, visualizations, and the master plan of the complex.
The kiosk was placed in the central part of the sales office so that it immediately attracts visitors’ attention. As a result, the interactive kiosk became a natural starting point where clients begin their introduction to the residential complex.
Special attention was also paid to the design of the device. For this project, a white корпус color was chosen, which organically matches the interior of the sales office and the branding of Happy 7. The light корпус integrates well with the project’s corporate color palette — white and orange from the Happy 7 logo.
Because of this, the interactive kiosk looks not like a separate technical device but rather like a natural part of the presentation space interior.

The interactive kiosk helped make the apartment presentation process in the sales office more structured and understandable for clients. Managers can quickly show the necessary information, while visitors can better navigate apartment layouts and the complex infrastructure.
This solution also reduces dependence on printed materials and allows the project to be presented in a modern digital format. For the developer, this means more effective communication with potential buyers and a more modern appearance of the sales office.
