Interactive kiosks for Diia.Business: how we created a digital space for entrepreneurs

This is exactly what happened with our case study for Diia.Business, is a platform that opens doors to opportunities for Ukrainian entrepreneurs. We were honoured to develop interactive kiosks that have become an integral part of this digital space. How did it go? Let us tell you!

Diia.Business — is a large-scale national project that helps small and medium-sized businesses grow through consultations, training and access to important information.

The Diia.Business network of entrepreneurial support centres is a space where Ukrainians can get free consultations, attend educational events for entrepreneurs, rent event halls, and test their products at a special pop-up location.

Challenge

The main task was to create innovative solution for Diia.Business centres, that would allow users to quickly and conveniently receive information, make appointments for consultations and get acquainted with the opportunities offered by the platform. The devices had to be not only functional but also stylish, complementing the modern design of the centres.

Project goal

The main goal of implementing interactive kiosks was to:

1. Provide easy and intuitive access to information about Diia.Business services.
2. Increase digital engagement with entrepreneurs through interactive touch screens.
3. To visually emphasise the Diia.Business brand using the corporate identity in the design.

Implementation

We have developed 5 interactive kiosks 43 diagonals, the devices that are housed in a robust metal case. They are not only easy to use, but also durable, which is important for high-traffic areas.

Technical characteristics:

• 43-inch touch screen for quick interaction with content.
• Up to 10 simultaneous touches.
• Vandal-proof steel housing, which ensures durability and safety.
• Branded backlighting of the Diia.Business logo, which adds aesthetics and recognition.
• Intuitive user interface, which simplifies navigation.

Design and ergonomics: To ensure that the kiosks fit harmoniously into the space of Diia.Business centres, we took care of their visual component. The use of luminous logos not only attracts attention but also creates a premium effect. The metal case combined with a modern touchscreen display emphasises the project’s technological and innovative nature.

Implementation of interactive kiosks

Results

Thanks to the installation of interactive touchscreen kiosks in the spaces of Diia.Business:

1. Accelerated communication — entrepreneurs can quickly find out about services, make an appointment for a consultation or get the information they need. On average, each kiosk serves more than 500 users per month, which significantly reduces waiting times and increases service efficiency.
2. Increased interaction with the platform — the digital format of interaction has made Diia.Business even more accessible.
3. Positive visual effect — stylish kiosks became a real highlight of the space, emphasising the brand’s identity.
4. Durability — the materials used guarantee a long service life even in places with a high flow of visitors.

Conclusion

This project has once again proved that technology can not only simplify life but also open up new opportunities for business development.
