One such solution is our new product — Elpix interactive table for children, designed specifically for use in kindergartens and primary schools.

Client

Tiny Hugs is a private kindergarten in Kyiv focused on the development, safety and comfort of each child. The institution actively implements modern educational methods and technologies, creating a space where children can explore the world with enthusiasm.

Challenge

Tiny Hugs sought a solution that:

• combine learning with play;
• will be reliable, safe and stylish at the same time;
• will not require complex maintenance;
• easily integrated into the daily educational process.

Project goal

Develop interactive table, which combines gaming functionality, educational potential and a modern, durable design. The key was to create a solution that would become not just a gadget, but a centre of attention and interaction within the group.

Implementation

We have developed a special modification of the Elpix interactive table, taking into account the age of users and operating conditions:

• 50-inch touch screen with a bright and clear picture — ideal for cartoons, educational videos, and games.
• Android operating system with proprietary Elpix Launcher, which simplifies navigation and divides content into age categories.
• Housing made of сsolid acrylic stone — shock-resistant, waterproof, with a pleasant-to-touch surface that has no sharp corners. It is also easy to clean — ideal for kindergartens.
• Collaboration with ELKAMINO LLC ensured unique design and structural reliability.

Educational Android apps that are appropriate for the age and needs of children can be easily installed on the interactive table:

• Mozaik Education (MozaBook) — interactive lessons, 3D models and educational games;
• Corinth — a visual encyclopaedia with 3D animations, ideal for curious little ones.;
• Scratch Junior — a platform for getting started with programming;
• ABC Kids, Lingokids, Khan Academy Kids — learning English, numbers, shapes and basic skills through play;
• Kids Doodle, Drawing for Kids — programmes for developing creativity, imagination and motor skills.

Applications can be installed via Google Play or manually, thanks to the openness of the Android system, which allows the tablet to be fully adapted to the tasks of a specific educational institution.

The Elpix interactive table for children has become a key element of the Tiny Hugs educational space. Children actively interact with it throughout the day: they learn, play team games, watch cartoons and draw.
