Hyundai approached Elpix with a request for a solution that would make this process faster, more convenient and technologically advanced.

Client

Official dealership Hyundai Ukraine, which sells new cars, provides maintenance, warranty and post-warranty service, and advises customers on configurations, financial programmes and test drive or service appointments.

The centre has a steady flow of visitors and strives to reduce the workload on administrators by providing customers with access to up-to-date information in a convenient digital format.

Challenge

When serving customers, there is a need for a visual tool that:

  • presents the model range, characteristics and advantages of cars;
  • allows you to independently view video reviews, available configurations, promotions;
  • minimises dependence on the administrator when providing basic information;
  • promotes efficient distribution of customer flow in the waiting or registration area.

At the same time, the equipment must be durable, reliable, modern in appearance and easy to use for visitors of all ages.

Project goal

Develop and implement an intelligent touchscreen stand that will become:

  • customer self-service centre;
  • presentation platformfor Hyundai automotive products;
  • visual part of the interior, reflecting the brand’s technological prowess and aesthetic appeal;
  • flexible tool, which can be easily adapted to the needs of marketing, service or sales departments.

Implementation

The Elpix team offered a customised solution — an interactive information stand that includes:

  • 50″ Full HD interactive display with multi-touch screen — the optimal size for simultaneously displaying visual materials, technical data and navigation.
  • Metal vandal-proof housing made with powder coating, suitable for intensive use, with floor fixing.
  • Protective glass with anti-glare coating ensures comfortable working conditions even in bright lighting conditions.
  • Embedded PC (Windows/Linux) with fast loading and remote administration capabilities.

Implementation of interactive kiosks for a dealership centre

Results

  1. 60% of visitors in the service area, they started using a stand to check out configurations and promotions before talking to a consultant.
  2. Less workload for administrators, especially during rush hour: the information function is automated.
  3. Reduced customer service time thanks to pre-filled forms.
  4. Conversion increased in additional services: through visual emphasis on promotions and offers.
